NON TRIBAL EMPLOYEES

All Government, NGO, private and foundation employees are responsible for their lodging at the Summit. We have a limited, courtesy block of rooms that are available. Please read below to make your reservation. You are responsible for 100% of lodging costs.

  • Guest room reservations will be made by individual attendees directly online with the above Private Hotel Link.  All reservations must be made before February 13th, 2026. 

  • No-shows will be charged one night's room rate and applicable tax; early departures will be charged one additional night's room rate and applicable taxes.  All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card.  Individual cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to the arrival date, to avoid no-show charges. 

  • If rooms are no longer available under the courtesy block, please call Santa Ana Casino Hotel to inquire about other accommodations at 1.844.466.2378. 

  • Note: Rooms under the courtesy block will be provided on a first-come, first serve basis because there are limited rooms available. To increase the likelihood of securing a room at this rate, book early.  

  • Please register for lodging by February 13th, 2026.

  • You QUALIFY if you are: A Tribal member who is an employee of a Tribe or Pueblo.

    You QUALIFY if you are: A non-Tribal employee who is an employee of a Tribe or Pueblo. 

    You QUALIFY if you are: A Tribal member who is attending as a community participant (i.e. not affiliated with your place of work). 

    You DO NOT QUALIFY if you are: Employed by a non-tribal entity (i.e. Federal or state entity, NGO, private organization, philanthropy organization, etc.).
